1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver Lumina Labs products within Denmark and selected countries in the European Union. Availability may change over time and will be indicated during the ordering process.

2. Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped via reputable courier or postal services. The specific carrier and method may vary depending on your address and the chosen delivery option at checkout.

2.1 Standard Delivery

Standard delivery within Denmark typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your order is dispatched. For other EU countries, delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on local postal services.

2.2 Express Delivery

Express delivery options may be available for certain addresses. Estimated delivery times and additional costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address, the selected delivery method, and the size of your order. All costs are shown transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we aim to keep delays to a minimum.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, we will include tracking information so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

6. Failed Delivery and Collection

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, you may receive a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a nearby parcel shop. Please follow the instructions from the carrier within the specified time frame.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos of the packaging and product to help us investigate with the carrier.

8. Customs and Duties

For deliveries within the EU, customs duties are generally not applicable. If you order from outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in your country.

9. Your Rights as a Consumer

Your rights regarding delivery, delay, and non-delivery are governed by applicable Danish consumer protection laws and EU regulations. If you experience significant delays or non-delivery, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies in accordance with the law.
